Projects We're Proud Of

Wellness Activities
Such as hiking, museum visits, and farm experiences—integrated with the wisdom of Chinese medicine, nourishing dietary guidance, and grounded self-care practices to cultivate holistic well-being.

Taiwanese Food Tasting
Inspired by the seasonal solar terms, this Taiwanese food tasting brings together the culture of traditional food therapy, fostering warm and meaningful connections through the shared experience of food.

Wellness Workshops
Alongside interactive sessions led by wellness experts on stress management, mindful nutrition, and self-care, we periodically offer yoga, qigong, meditation, calligraphy, board games, and hands-on craft activities that invite movement, quiet reflection, and a return to a balanced rhythm of daily life.
